RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
Runkins Farm, Langham
In March of 2019 we were fortunate to be recommended by a previous client to carry out works on Runkins Farm in the heart of Langham. Over 9 months the team completed a full rebuild of the property including the demolition of the previous site giving way for the structure and construction of a new family home.
RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
Snowberry Grove, Colchester
In June of 2020 the COE team competed a remodel of a family home in Colchester. Works on Snowberry Grove included building a new extension for the kitchen, fitting a modern designed kitchen, two new bathrooms, landscaping and redecoration of the entire home. The team were successful in the aim to modernise the property therefore increasing the value for the owners.
COMMERCIAL PROJECT
The Warehouse, Brightlingsea
The COE team completed works on a commercial property based on the outskirts of Colchester. We worked to change an old warehouse into an efficient work premises with modern and useable spaces for the team. We completed the installation of a shop front, roller shutter doors and the addition of new air conditioning and additional windows to brighten the space.
RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
The Farm, Langham
The COE team were pleased to return to an existing customer to complete works on a commercial office barn. The team completed the full project including the design and structural build of the barn from ground footings to brick and timber works. The barn was complete with cement-board cladding, roofing and fit with a modern kitchen, bathroom and four air-conditioned offices with oak finishes throughout.
RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
Cart Lodge, Langham
Following the successful completion of a previous project, we returned to a Client to create a one bedroom, one bathroom and one kitchen annex flat and garage in the place of an old, unused storage shed. The COE team began with removing the storage shed and constructing the designed structure of the new double garage and one bedroom, one bathroom apartment.
RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
Frinton on Sea
We completed a project including a full scope roofing renovation. Our works included removal of the existing leaking chimney, removal of an ineffective skylight and the complete rebuild and restructure of a new roof built with breathable felt battening, new tiling, lead work and new cement pointing.
Daniel took a call at the weekend when rainwater was dripping through the ceiling. He fitted in a visit on the Monday morning and one hour later the problem was fixed.
For a man capable of working on much bigger jobs I was very grateful that he took on this small one so promptly.
